Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Regrettably, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Requirements for Processing

To complete a return or exchange, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items are exempt from this policy.

Exchanges

Gifts

For items marked as gifts, you'll receive a gift credit upon return receipt. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be issued to the original payer.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, we kindly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
