All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped priority mail with United States Postal Service. Upon request, Priority Shipments are also available by method of FedEx or UPS.
Currently Poise Makeup Professional does not ship to international addresses or P.O. Boxes.
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Product must be in its original state. We do not accept used products. No returns can be made past the 30 day window.
Email in detail your reason of your return to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns will need to be pre-approved. Returns must be accompanied with receipt, product box and/or packaging.
If product was not purchased direct from Poise Makeup Professional, your return request must be made from original location of purchase.
If your product has not been used and is in its original state within 30 days of purchase you may exchange it for the same credit value.
If your product has been used, we will not exchange.
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but not guaranteed. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours by speaking to our Customer Service Department at 213.399.1050 to assure your order is honored and cancelled.
We collect state sales tax on orders shipped within California.
Tax is estimated at the time order is placed. Actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation.
